Now what we didn't like was the matress was very uncomfortable you could tell it was cheap cheap!!!.Plus no comforter just a thin very thin cover..Shower door wouldn't close ..And the fact that they charged us a extra 25.00 dollars which was immediately refundable but non the less wasnt disclosed in the booking

Rooms dirty, light bulbs missing, switch by bed to use lamp missing. Don’t know how this is stitopersting under the Wyndham franchise. Worse I have stayed in. Took multiple amounts from my account. Did not refund one night because we payed for two nights but left after one night. I hope someone reads this and take action. Have already complained to ******* and waiting for my refund. Customer service said they will contact hotel and get back to me.

The front desk staff was super nice and helpful. The outside of the property looks nice. The inside of the property is in disrepair. We walked into the room and there was a hot plate and pan of oil sitting on the table, we had to call and get it removed. There were roaches in the bathroom. The door handle on the inside of the door fell off and my husband had to fix it. Coming back to the room from dinner the door was stuck and we had to jump against it to get it to open (we got the green light from the key). Other guests were very loud and rowdy and they played loud music until 3am. Neighborhood is less than desirable.

The only problem I had was this hotel had a hidden fee of a $50 refundable deposit and I was not made aware of that until I got there

My key wouldn’t work because the door lock was broken so the manager had to let me in every time I left the room. No hot water so I had to take a cold shower. No coffee within 3 miles of the hotel.

Absolutely horrible.. roaches, brown stuff on towels, clogged up toilet and left over towels from previous towel.. All this within three minutes..tried to get a refund for three days, manager somehow never contact me back after leaving my number for three days after calling..never again!!

For the price, it’s kind of overpriced since room key card didn’t work 4 times during my stay. Good place for quick few days stay for ******** trip.

我们到了房间，电视开着，枕头摆放得好像有人在看电视一样，还有烟头，烟味很浓，床单上还有烟草味，浴室镜子上有食物残渣。
