Great value. Cleaner than some supposedly higher end budget hotels. I liked having control of the heating in the room, which stayed warm and cozy my entire stay. The room itself was a decent size and charmingly decorated. I would come back next time I’m in Battle Creek!

There was a billing issue. In fact, the receipt in ******* is not my receipt. It's not my name and has the incorrect amount on the receipt. We are waiting for our account to show the exact correct amount. The staff member attempted to fix the error last night, but as of today, checkout on 10/12/25, our receipt in ******* is still not my name and has the incorrect amount. We are watching our account to make sure the adjustment comes through.
It was not comfortable for my husband that the staff spoke in another language, not English, while taking care of the incorrect amount. We were placed in a room that was more expensive and asked to move. The woman who helped us was very nice and tried to help. She also helped us move our luggage, which was very nice. The gentleman that was working with her, in the other hand, seemed to be unhappy with her. Everyone makes mistakes. She did her part in trying to fix it. We will see in a day or two, whether the error in charge was actually fixed when, and if, it shows up in our account. We will be calling if it has not been fixed.
This facility needs new blankets and needs to paint the parts of the wall that are "fixed", but not painted. There were no hangers in our room. There was no Kleenex in the spot in the bathroom (side of sink) where the Kleenex box goes. The room was clean, however, and looked as if they were updating.

The TV was only half working, some of the light fixtures did not work, mattress was bigger then the frame it layed on.
no cups for the coffee maker in the room, they had a 6 position plug in 1 outlet, running fridge,TV,coffee pot, microwave, cable box !!
there was one wall with plaster patch,not even finished or painted, and entry door had to be pulled shut to engage lock.

Very clean. Excellent customer service. Renovations are going on with new carpet, beds, etc.
糟糕透了，房东太差劲了，卫生状况很差，房间脏乱不堪。房东欺骗了我们。我们到达后，他给我们安排了一间双人房，而我预订的是单人房，然后要求我们付现金。他不允许我们刷卡。他们不提供洗漱用品。毛巾很脏，还有点污渍。空调也关了。床单和房间都散发着潮湿肮脏的气味。总之，这是最糟糕的地方之一。一次非常糟糕的体验。
