The hotel was clean and the room (a suite) was extremely spacious. The shower was great - and there was even a Jacuzzi tub (which wasn't even mwntioned on the booking). The staff were very kind and reponsive - despite our late arrival. Finally, the view in the morning was nice.

It was an overnight stay, Mon, Jul 14-Mon,-Jul 15 as I was catching an early morning flight out. I forgot a white charger cord for my watch and an alarm clock. Was told they could not find the cord. It was in a small plastic zip lock bag but could not have been mistaken for anything to be thrown away. That is the only thing I am unhappy about. If they find it I can be reached at 507-358-8776 or mailed to Barbara Swafford, 200 W. Foster St., #107, Melrose, MA 02176. the watch is useless without a charge.

Was easy to get into rochester and travel around. Breakfast was great each morning. We stayed three nights here to visit with family. Super quiet.

Property was a little outdated but front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating and the room and bathroom were clean and spacious.

Property is being repainted and all the windows are covered with thick plastic. Entrance ground is breaking up and uneven. Shower had great water pressure. Towels are thin. Rug in the room was very stained

泳池关闭了，入住前也没有通知我们。我们房间的浴室表面干净，但墙纸剥落，后面还能看到霉菌。我们房间里有一个很大的按摩浴缸。当我们放满水打开时，棕色的污渍从喷嘴里喷涌而出。不用说，根本没人洗澡。入住两天后，我们要求客房服务再提供毛巾。他们把毛巾留下，把垃圾收集到篮子里，然后放在咖啡桌上。
早餐很棒。每天都一样，但区域非常干净，有人持续擦拭桌椅。最后要说的是我们的房卡。只有一张能用。我们去了几次前台，但都被锁在门外好几次了。我不会再住这家酒店了。真心希望至少能获得部分退款。
我们的住宿愉快舒适。早餐很棒。服务也很好。员工很友好。机场班车让这家酒店非常方便。
我唯一的问题是，我真希望我没有填写入住前的登记表。这给我们的信用卡付款带来了麻烦。不过，总经理理解并处理了这些问题。
