Room had rust all over bathroom door frame. Some black mold around bathtub. No laundry bags in closet.

Because Expedia's calendars indicates days rather than nights, what I thought was a reservation for 3 nights was a reservation for 2 nights and three days, so I had to book a room for an additional night. The staff was very helpful in letting us stay in the same room for that third night.

Cockroach infested and ants in room. When i asked for refund they had told me they will refund me if i dont post any reviews on google or social media. Well i think people should know about it and not hide that. Gross
My family and i have stayed there plenty of times with previous owners and now with the new owners will never stat there again. Dont stay there unless u want ur property infested with roaches. Pictures are in the post.

Room was great! Only complaint is that outside lights weren’t on in the driveway and I felt unsafe parking alone! Very dark from street to hotel!

The cable television was not working for over three hours. The heat/AC wall unit was not in working order in my room. They had to send a technician to fix it. The wifi was weak and internet could not be used without my hot spot.

Staff was very courteous. Room could have been cleaner. Searched everywhere for TV remote. Finally found under bed along with food and garbage. Shower handle turned 360 degrees, hard to regulate and shut off. Decent hotel that could use some TLC.

Our room was dirty. The smoke detector was broken. Shower curtain and shower had stains. Towels at the pool had stains. Just a gross experience
