Check in was fine. Great room! We were happy as usual, because we had stayed here almost 10 years before.
The morning after our one night visit was met with “NO HOT WATER AT 6:16AM!!
I called the desk and was told that I should just run the hot water for 10-15 minutes and”IT MIGHT GET HOT AGAIN!!??”
I believe a LARGE PART” of a one night visit includes the guarantee of a hot shower early the next morning??!! AM I WRONG??
I told the desk person that I thought that no hot water was something that should require the owner/managers to make an adjustment in the room charge!! All she said was “Well you’ll have to talk to the manager!”
SO WHERE WAS THE MANAGER WHEN WE WERE THERE???
WE DESERVED HOT WATER, and a SUBSTANTIAL DISCOUNT” if that didn’t
happen!!
THEY DON’T CARE AT ALL! TOTALLY WRONG!!!

Pleased we were able to have a muffin and coffee before actual free breakfast started. We leave so early that we usually miss out! Our VIP drink was a bottle of water. Was expecting a little more but still nice.

The room was very clean. The motel is dated, but very clean. The hot breakfast was good and had a variety of food available as well as the muffins, oatmeal, and other typical offerings.

不小心把一些衣服落在房间里了。打电话叫他们去取,工作人员说不在失物招领处,不愿意帮忙。其中一件衣服是一条只穿过一次的牛仔裙。我实在无法相信它不是被客房服务人员拿走的。
房间虽然还算干净,但看起来破旧不堪,床也凹凸不平。早餐也不怎么样。硬邦邦的贝果和黏糊糊的香肠。如果每晚60-70美元的价格还算合理,但115美元的价格对于这家酒店的整体质量来说太高了。
我们的房间面向停车场,光线充足。可惜的是,房间里只有一层薄薄的窗帘,所以光线很亮(我本来可以看书的)。除此之外,我们还会再住这里,只是换个房间而已。
如果网站能公布泳池和热水浴缸暂停使用就好了。带孩子旅行通常都会有人抱怨这一点。我们本来想预订其他地方的。
