The room and hallway had undergone some amateurish renovation. You could see spackle in the doorway and the caulking in the bathroom was sloppy. Also the tv remote allowed me to turn on the screen and watch the tv guide but neither choose a channel nor turn it off. It was hard to sleep with the tv guide showing all night.

Elevator was broken, keys didnt work on outside doors at night, toilet didnt flush correctly. Outstanding service from lady who set up breakfast buffet every morning. Buffet always clean and well stocked.

Very quiet and clean room. The hotel is an older hotel, but room was very very clean and quiet unlike the hotel we stayed in a few days before! Would stay again.

Toiletries all empty, t.v. clicker did not work. No maid service. Hair in tub on arrival. Active pot smoking and noisy neighbor above until 4 a.m. Complaint made to front desk, response was skunk must have sprayed. Nothing done about loud guest.

The Home Away From Home Feel

Every person at the front desk including Phillip, Zack and another man were so welcoming, kind, helpful and efficient.

The woman in charge of the breakfast and breakfast area was also wonderful. A friendly presence in the morning who worked hard and efficiently to keep the food and coffee filled at all times. She also kept the eating area (which is cozy and welcoming) very clean between guests as well.

The room was updated, clean and comfortable. Our flight was cancelled and they accommodated us for an additional night at our original rate and let us stay in the same room. I slept really well on the bed with those comfy pillows and I am not a great sleeper at all.

Dear Comfort Inn Management,

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. The room, as well as the hotel itself, reeked of cigarette smoke despite being advertised as smoke-free. The smell was so overwhelming that it made the stay very unpleasant.

Unfortunately, I checked in late at night, otherwise I would have canceled my reservation immediately upon arrival. To make matters worse, the room was dirty, and I became ill as a result of the poor conditions. This experience was unacceptable and far below the standard I expect when booking with Comfort Inn.

I would appreciate a response to this complaint, as well as information on how you intend to address this matter.
