We stay at this hotel when we visit family in Bellingham, staff are freindly, comfortable rooms, good breakfast, close to shopping and restaurants. Hot tub is nice but not always very hot.

Asked for a quiet room leading up do my stay. Was notified at checkin that room was on freeway side of hotel but assured room was quiet. Arrived in room to find that freeway noise was noticeable, as well as find a fridge emitting high pitch noise when not actively cooling. Returned to desk told no similar rooms available and if I wanted to “upgrade” for a $50 fee. Poor business practice if the requested change is due to their defective equipment, and if they have any interest at all in returning guests.
New room was perfunctorily clean, however because there were very few easily accessible working outlets, when I went to plug in devices around the perimeter noticed that baseboard areas were pretty gross.
Complimentary breakfast was very limited. Could tell it was set up to intentionally prevent guests from taking anything out. They didn’t even have the single serve cream cheese packets out, just two sad unpackaged sploots on a plate that guests had to share.
Although was staying two nights, the next day my keycard was invalid and would I had to go back to the desk to have that renewed.
Ending on a positive note: the bed was great (and that IS the most important thing at a hotel) and the window had an extra pulldown blackout shade which I haven’t had in other hotels in the area. It was also nice that the building itself had secure key card access.

We have to wait at the arrival time no one was around I fell like confuse plus my mom needs to use the restroom and the front desk said that the keys are ready in other word use the restroom at your room she was traveling more than 7 hrs

The bed was very comfortable, the room was nicely kept and it was nicer than I expected. They were strict about the check in time, down to the minute. It is close to the freeway and lots of stores, easy to get on the freeway.

Ok. Not fabulous.
The bedding was very comfortable and we slept well except for early morning noise from the laundry room across the hall. The TV did not work well the first day and not at all the second day. They politely told us it would be fixed after we left. Overall it was a good place to stay for a night if you want a comfortable sleep. If my produce wasn’t frozen in the fridge, and we could have watched the game I told my partner we would be able to watch if he came with me, would have given it 4 stars.

The room looked dirty and there was dust all over like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. I was glad I brought my own blankets and pillows. Had it not been so late and I just drive 6 hrs I would have went somewhere else.

太爱这家酒店了！入住体验非常棒。
我们第一次尝试入住时遇到了些问题，根本没法办理入住，所以这次再来我很犹豫，但现在我很高兴自己还是来了。
