The front desk staff were wonderful. Breakfast was ok. Hot tub didn't work. Room door didn't close. Busted towel bar. Black mold. Hand prints all over headboard. I had to wipe down and clean everything, extremely filthy. **** smell in front of hotel. Bathroom and room constantly smelled like **** from next door Fridge in room was filthy and barely worked, paint splattered. Holes in walls. Cig butts all over the front of hotel. Everything was sticky and gross up front. Still has COVID floor stickers up front. Not worth what I paid.

Going down hill
We have stayed here several times over the years. It has been an affordable clean and quiet stay, except for this time. Comforter was dirty, sheets had a wear hole. General NOT CLEAN feeling this time.

The breakfast food was terrible. Eggs were watery. Sausage was not true meat. Some type of cardboard filler. Generic yogurt was not great. Apples were old and banged up. The first morning the waffle machine was not releasing waffles. Second morning this issue fixed. No pastries. Very busy area, short on seating. Forks were out, coffee cups out, had to wait to get filled. Other than breakfast, the only other complaint is no handicap button on front doors. Was a real struggle bringing stuff in and out.

This was our 2nd time staying at Quality Inn for appointment at the Mayo Clinic. The price and accessible room were deciding factors. The attendant at the desk was very cheerful and welcoming. Breakfast was being cleared at 9:40 a.m., when we checked out…thought it was served until 10 a.m.

The hallway smelled terrible, the elevator needed maintenance, the hot tub was kind of weak. Overall all but room needs update.
