Accidentally booked a handicap room. The person at the deck said there was nothing they could do as it was thur a third party. The room smelled , the bathroom was dirty, room was in very rough shape. It technically was my fault, but would never stay there again.

On the whole, our stay was adequate. Not amazing or noteworthy. You could say we got what we paid for. It could be better. The doors into the hotel were not automatic, they had to open by hand, which is very inconvenient if you are a traveler coming in and have hands full of things. The eating area was congested with big chairs. The hallways needed new carpet, which was worn and dated.. The walls everywhere were marked up with scuff marks from suitcases, bags, and carts. Our room needed finishing work on the corners of walls. The place was clean, our room was comfortable. Weird though, the pillows on the beds were small, like they were for hobbits or halflings.

The room was outdated. That part did not bug me. The part that upset me a little bit was it cost over 100 bucks a night and half the outlets didn't work, someone had punched a hole through the closet, there were cigarette burn marks on the tubs and sheets, the room smell like smoke, and there were dead bugs in the light fixtures.

My room, the dining room and lobby were all nice and clean. These are the only places I used. I stayed here for medical appts and they gave me a Patient discount and paid for a uber for me to and from my appointments both days. I checked out the last day and was still able to leave my car in the parking lot and still able to use the uber back. Pricing here was cheaper than the hospitals discount hotels a little further away but get dropped off at the hospitals entrance and do not have to worry about all the construction and parking problems

TV wouldn’t work had to call office 2 times before they came. Ran out of hot water when showering. Only had decaffeinated coffee in room. Heater wasn’t putting out and warm air.
