Well the fact you have to call the main office that’s in another state to fix the smallest issue,, and hopefully it get taken care of soon enough,,And there is a smell in the lobby,,not very like able.

The location was amazing. But the hotel smelt horrible. You can hear the neighbors through the wall.

Wasn’t what we expected from the photos
Very small so would not consider this an apartment as advertised
Did not receive entry code until we arrived and had to call, so we stood outside for 15 minutes or more trying to get someone on the phone to get a code to enter the property.
Floors were dirty definitely haven’t been vacuumed or swept

The location is great. But it was noisy. You can hear everything from the room next door even conversations. Boogers on the wall. Not very clean at all. Construction noise at 7am

Positives - great location. Easy to walk to everything
Negative - bathroom has mold all over. Use bleach or something to properly clean.

Plain
Light did not work in the bathroom and sink plug was broken. We arrived after 10pm so couldn't advise management until the next day. They didn't reply.
On the plus side it is near enough to Bourbon street but far enough not to be noisy.

Neighbor was very loud and easy to hear and certain electrical devices were faulty. (Lamps etc)

Although the establishment was able to make some much needed fixing, it didn’t start off that way. We had flies, fruit flies, and food in our suite. It was very uncomfortable. When we said we’d leave and go elsewhere is when the staff came in and did what was needed. We received new bedding, but we had to clean up the dead flies ourselves. The floors weren’t swept or mopped. I’m willing to give the establishment another chance in hopes that what we experienced was just a one time thing, but customer service was great at assisting us for the most part.
