My room was hot. I had to turn it down to 60° just to have the air-conditioning kick on. The shower was moldy. There was a random small hole in the wall. Another part of the wall was patched. I realize that this is an economy, hotel, but it needs some upgrades. I will say that the staff was lovely.

The first room I was issued smelled bad. I believe the carpet needs to be cleaned. The next room was just fine and very comfortable.

Not as clean as thought
Although everything looked clean, two of my family members came away with bed bug bites. They were in the same room.

Of all the hotels that we have stayed in Rapid City over the last 8 yrs, this was by far the best morning breakfast. It was a great way to start the day.

It was clean and the breakfast was good. The sink in my room was a little slow. I had an issue with the people in the room above me. VERY noisy. It was never resolved.

This was a motel along our trip route that we've used multiple times in the past. It has queen, comfortable beds and a standard motel breakfast. It's clean, and we'll likely use it again.

Would definitely stay again
From the front desk staff to the housekeeper, everything couldn’t have been better. Spacious room, comfortable beds, travelers amenities, great hot breakfast. Convenient location, clean pool and spa, warm fresh cookies at the front desk. It has all a traveler needs.
