When we checked into the first room, it smelled strongly of ********* and something old. The mattresses were stained with urine, there was hair everywhere, and the whole room was extremely dirty.
We went to the front desk, and they gave us another room. It looked slightly cleaner at first, but it still had a terrible smell. When we tried to sleep, we found many bedbugs that bit us all night. The place felt very unsafe and unhygienic.
We stayed in that room for about 30 minutes, trying to fall asleep, but the bedbugs kept biting us. We went back to the front desk and asked to check out and get a refund, but the staff refused to return our money and said they couldn’t help us. They also didn’t provide any documents or receipts confirming the cancellation.
In the end, we had to sleep in our car the whole night, because staying in that motel was impossible and unsafe.

Check in and out was fine. However it really needs some work. Holes in the doors, lamps not working, outlets not working, homeless guy sleeping under the stairs, door locks almost coming off. Walls were dirty with stains. Bathrooms with mold and mildew. Not many amenities (no hair dryer, soap shampoo etc) it was bare bones. At least the AC worked.

我被这家酒店坑了。根本不是给人住的，真是这样：我订了两晚，但刚办完入住就得赶紧逃离那些蟑螂；房间和卫生间里到处都是。简直无法想象 :(
酒店提供早餐，我们六点过去餐厅，啥都没有，前台好不容易来了工作人员，她说只有香蕉，牛奶，咖啡都没有，面包也没有
房间里烟味很重，床单都是又旧又破，第二天起床后连睡衣都是烟味。不推荐
我们在那里待了一个小时，就发现了第一只臭虫。我们报告了情况并要求退款，但他们说我们入住时间已经超过15分钟，所以没有资格退款。我本来没指望这个价位能住五星级酒店，但有臭虫实在令人无法接受。
我的住宿体验不太好，我拍了一张蟑螂的照片，我去买食物，发现蟑螂在浴室的床上，我不得不买杀蟑喷雾，因为这里很吵，因为我带着一个孩子，我甚至不想让他们出去。
不安全，外观脏乱，与预订图片完全不同。房间里有小蟑螂。
