Update: Although I had this unfortunate experience, the management at Prince Conti has taken steps to understand further what took place and assure me that this is not representative of their customer service. I'm encouraged by genuine efforts to correct the situation.
The walls are a bit thin and the water in the shower doesn’t get very hot, though the pressure is great. Customer service was excellent!
