First off we did not get the room that we reserved. I paid extra for the room that had specifically a couch in it because that's what was needed. Instead we were received a room that had a Jacuzzi that was of no use to us. The room did not have any soap in it anywhere. The TV didn't work. The AC didn't work, so it was very hot in the room. The breakfast was a joke! I was there at 7, it opens at 6:30. There was no batter for pancakes. The juice machine didn't have juice. So the only options for breakfast was cereal and yogurt.

The room was fine. Check in and check out was fine. At 1:30 AM we were woke up by knocking on the door. They knocked about four more times in about five minutes, saying are you in there? Then you could hear them talking to each other in the hallway. Obviously it was a little hard to go to sleep after that. We did not feel comfortable opening the door to someone we didn’t know so we just stayed in bed, hoping they would leave. We contacted the desk and he said he couldn’t see anyone on the camera and the guy was knocking during the phone call. My husband told him he was going to call the cops if they didn’t get rid of them and my husband got hung up on.

Clean, comfortable, quiet rooms. Conveniently located for shopping, dining and entertainment. The employees are friendly, respectful, helpful and professional, for the most part. I was hoping for a full breakfast, more than a continental breakfast, but that is simply a matter of preference.

No working ice machine on property. Paid for king studio suite with jacuzzi- did not have one in our room. Breakfast was pitiful. Coffee Waffles were the only good things about it. No elevator in building. Hard for someone with a bad back to carry all luggage up stairs. Will not stay here again.
