Our hairdryer did not work. We asked the front desk for a replacement to which we were told there weren’t any, they needed to be ordered, and to check back later. Our shower was also lukewarm at best throughout our stay.

Overall, your average hotel water park is definitely a hit for the kids, but the random holes in the hallway were a bit concerning; it felt like I was walking through a construction project on scaffolding.

Everything was great. It is a louder environment with the water park but also traffic is loud other than that everything was great!
