There was a young lady who was dealing with a leg injury, I can't for. The life of me remember her name, but she was the absolute sweetest human I've ever met. She took care of me efficiently and quickly and we even had a conversation about how my and her son's birthdays were close to each other. Everything was top notch.

Site said parking was free and there was a hot tub and that check in they informed me that I had to pay for parking and there is no hot tub very disappointed

******* botched the reservation placing me at a room for people with special needs across from the elevators. Large noisy group of teenagers on my floor partying through the night. Indifferent and lazy hotel staff. Horrid breakfast and location of the hotel. Possibly the worst stay I had in a while.

I thought breakfast was included in my accommodation but I found out it cost me $9.50 extra.
Room was clean and I liked the idea that it is close to the Convention Center.
Housekeeper on my floor (5th) on Thursday was a little loud while talking on the phone. Not a good impression.

******* sold me the pre-paid parking for $78 at the time of booking my hotel. When I checked in, they told me that parking is only $25. RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The breakfast food was cold even though it was crowded and the food was being refilled.
We ate at the bar Saturday night. The service was slow but staff was nice and the food was good.
