When I looked up this property I specifically requested it because it looked like they had showers instead of tubs and I needed an accessible bathroom. The bathroom had a lot of grab bars, but that tub (and it was a tub and not a shower) was not accessible. There is no way my mom would have been able to use that shower. There was no shower chair and the tub was too high for her to get into. The room itself was nice and big, no issues for her getting around, but the bed was still a little too tall for her. Was just a little disappointed in that being called an “accessible” room.

Visiting IU during Parents Weekend. We chose to stay in Indianapolis- the hotel was wonderful. The bed was super comfortable, room was a great size, modern, super clean. Enjoyed breakfast. All staff were pleasant and nice. I highly recommend.

I liked how comfortable the bed and pillows were, but the room was very small and we ended up with a room near the elevators. Also, the “restaurant/bar” is not what I would constitute as being called a restaurant or bar.

Excellent property with good facilities, dining options nd a large free car park. Breakfast was well cooked with a great choice of food including healthy options. Staff were all very pleasant. The room was modern and in excellent order.

The hotel staff was very helpful, however when I went to park my car, I felt unsafe because I saw a stranger just randomly sitting in the dark in the parking lot area. Other than that, the hotel was fine. The breakfast options were very limited, and there were barely any choices to choose from.

The room was spotless. The check-in was easy and fast. Staff was friendly. Wish the parking lot was better lit. A little worried about if my car will be broken into during the night. It was already dark when we arrived. Maybe if we had arrived while light out, I wouldn't be so paranoid. Once inside, I felt safe. It's probably just me.
