Stayed for an overnight getaway from home. The hotel is nice and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is older, but has been well unkept. The room was huge and everything was clean and well-organized. The hotel had sufficient parking and there was a lot within walking distance. Only minor complaint is that the AC didn't work well, which wasn't a problem given its fall, but could be in summer months. Overall, a good place in a good location at a fair cost.

We always stay at the Sheraton uptown when in Albuquerque. The facility is clean, the beds are comfortable and there is lots of shopping and restaurants very close. Freeway access is close too! We are never disappointed

Air Conditioning was horrible. Carpet was worn out. Beds were comfortable and otherwise hotel was fine. Staff was fine.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The rooms are in serious need of updating. They are shabby with outdated furnishings. However, the beds are extremely comfortable and the room was reasonably quiet. Dining is limited with only bar food and a Starbucks cafe.

Our room was too cold, even when we turned up the heat it wouldn't warm up. No extra blanket either was hard to be comfortable.

半夜两点到的，就地起价1500房费，坑
房间一尘不染，非常舒适，而且极其安静，让人一不小心就睡过头了:)
酒店地理位置非常便利。
泳池还行吧（要是能是室外泳池或者在屋顶上会比室内好很多）。另外，没有热水浴缸，虽然我理解夏天用热水浴缸有点奇怪，但我觉得冬天和春天会很实用……
酒吧不错，但要是能离办理入住大厅远一点，氛围和灯光会更好些。
总的来说：推荐！
以这个价格来说，本期待更高端的住宿体验。
很方便，员工也很友好。
一切都很好，唯一缺少的是设施的改造。
