There was only 1 staff member and was not at the counter when entering. Had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to check me in. They were pleasant and professional when they came to help.
The hotel is beautiful. The room was clean and roomy . However, the hotel is definitely undergoing renovation with the new transition to a Marriott style.
The safety latches need work and there was a leak in the bathroom sink so water ran all over the floor.
Overall the place is clean, safe and quiet and pet friendly.

You have to go to different buildings to either eat, swim or have a drink…screaming going on through the hallways all night etc. Very disappointed…

房间里没有微波炉,冰箱也超级小。
早餐简直是个笑话,第一天早上还有苹果,但接下来的三天早上连苹果都没有,只有一些低劣的糖。
而且他们还要额外收取每晚10美元的停车费,这太不合理了,附近其他同等价位的酒店都没有额外收取停车费。
门锁坏了,所以晚上睡觉的时候没法上插销。孩子们在狭窄的走廊里跑来跑去,父母却一声不吭。我敢肯定,如果他们是黑人,肯定会报警的。
停车费需要支付两份押金,即使预订时使用的名字是同一个人。另外,我也不喜欢这个地方,而且工作人员也不是很友好。
