The staff was polite, but the room itself needs major upkeep before it should be offered to guests. The bathtub area was in poor shape. The caulking around the tub was cracked, peeling, and discolored, which made the entire space feel unclean. The tile surround also looked worn and neglected. For a space meant for bathing, it didn’t feel sanitary or well-maintained. The A/C unit was visibly dirty, with dust and grime built up in the vents. It also looked like it hadn’t been wiped down or serviced in a long time. This is especially concerning for guests with allergies or sensitivities. There was noticeable damage to the wall and baseboard near the entry area—wood exposed, cracked, and chipped. It gave the room a very poor first impression and made it feel run-down. The picture frame on the wall had shattered glass in it. Not only does it look terrible, but it’s a clear safety hazard. It should have been replaced long before a guest checked into the room. Overall, the room felt neglected and in need of a top-to-bottom refresh. I hope management takes these issues seriously.

Room was ok. Water splatter marks on mirror, lock to bathroom broken, leather on chair peeling. Hallway smelled like **** and mildew, carpet stained, and needed a paint job. Ok for the price but did make me a little nervous staying by myself.
