The room itself was fine. The breakfast was terrible and did not even eat anything. There was nothing there and food was old. The coffee was ice cold in one and warm in the other. Very disappointing!! The staff was okay.

Bathroom locked and would not open from inside. Thank goodness for my spouse. First room I was in had a smell of foot stank.

Entry locks did not work always had to go thru the front entrance. Towels were great for a skin exfoliation extremely coarse. Bed was uncomfortable. Rude receptionist wouldn't get off her upon check-in and blamed me for the electronic door locks to enter the building not releasing saying you just have to do four or fives times. Ten times it would not unlock and other guests had the same issues.

Smelled bad when walking into the lobby, we were put in the very furthest rooms even though occupancy was low single digits and the rooms felt like they haven’t been touched since the 80’s.l All of the doors leading from the halls to the parking lot were propped open most likely because the locks that guest could open with room keys did not work. At $100+ a night, it was wildly overpriced.

Housekeeping knocked at 820 waking us up. Queen beds were not queen, they were at best full.

Carpeting in my room was faded and stained terribly. Noise outside my room and in hallways went all hours of the morning. Every night when I got back from the jobsite my room key stopped working so I would have to walk the entire length of the hotel back to the front desk to get my key reactivated. Breakfast was limited options and breakfast area was crowded and noisy. I will not stay here again.
