We pulled in and there was no parking up to the building for handicap people BUT its doable. We had an issue with our first room. We couldnt get a wi-fi connection (we are mid aged and still have a data package). The other problem was that our room, the door needed to be lifted to open and close. If you get an elderly couple, there might be an issue. The front desk girl was very good and she got us into another room in the other building. There was a family making spaghetti and garlic toast (you could smell it). Other than the random knocking on our door at 11PM, it was good for sleeping. Lots of construction workers slamming vehicle doors but after they got there, it was quiet

Continental breakfast was clearly done with minimum effort. What if you don't like biscuits and gravy the scrambled eggs were cold and half filled with water Wednesday. Slices of some type of white bread. That's it no bagels English muffins etc. The fridge had a gallon of milk for the cereal and that's it. No yogurt etc.Why did they bother.

Not a pleasant stay

Our door didn't lock on the outside, but did on the inside using the deadbolt and safety lock. They made us move upstairs with no elevator and offered no help. Our tv went black after 3 minutes. There were stains on the floor. The lamp shades were cracked. The hallway was filthy and so were the stairs. The room smelled musty. The desk chair fabric was cracked and peeling in chunks. The staff wore airpods and were talking on the phone while taking care of our registration.

I had booked two rooms with this property, one of which was supposed to be a suite. I arrived at 3pm to check in and I could only get the 2 queen bedroom until the other was cleaned. I go back to front desk one hour later only to find out there were no more suites and I wasn’t getting one after I booked it the day prior. How does a website not know it wouldn’t have a certain accommodation type? Lady was talking in circle and was very hard to follow. I was also supposed to receive a discount with onekey cash and I paid full price for both rooms at the original time of checking in. The lady acted like me getting a standard room was an upgrade and no other fees would be charged. Lady had a hard time speaking English. I don’t find this place to be clean either and is very outdated. I am disappointed with my stay and won’t be coming back and I absolutely don’t recommend this place to stay at. Lots of noise being close to highway as well.

The front desk attendant was on the phone the whole time, was very dismissive and extremely rude. TV was broken, Fridge door wouldn't stay shut, huge green flashing light on ceiling, half the lights didn't work, bathtub was extremely slippery and did not drain.

Staff didn’t know what was going on…the bathroom was dirty, the bed sheets had stains on them. Access doors were not usable. There were gaps open to outside around the AC unit. The front lobby was very dirty and nothing had been vacuumed or swept. And then to top it off, we were checked in under someone else’s name……even after giving the woman on the front desk, our I.D. What an absolute mess…….will NEVER stay at a Motel 8 again. The worst place we have EVER stayed at.

Terrible breakfast!

On arrival, the property appeared clean, if dated. Front desk clerk (FDC) was professional and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. A floor lamp did not have a bulb in it and a desk lamp did not work. FDC sent a very pleasant and friendly young man with a new bulb. The floor lamp worked for awhile but started flickering. The young man found the desk lamp unplugged. He plugged it back in. It worked, for awhile. It then started flickering. We now know why the bulb was removed from one and the other was unplugged. This left us with only one source of light. The bed was comfortable and the sheets clean.

The next morning we went to have breakfast at the hotel. The time was 8:30 and breakfast was supposed to end at 9:00. When we saw the breakfast area, we almost walked out right then. The place was filthy! There were crumbs all over the counters and the floor. There was absolutely no food to be seen! There no food in the warmers, there was no cereal. There was no bread or pastries! When I say there was nothing, i mean it! Again, breakfast was advertised as ending at 9:00 and this was 8:30! My wife says even if there had been food, she would not have eaten because of the lack of cleanliness.
