Everything was as close to perfect as you can get I lived my room because I'm handicapped it that room accommodated me to the fullest I will be going back asking for room 224 or one like it

Fist of all I was in the room with my kids already sleeping, when all the sudden another family barges into the room, my wife and kids freaked out and started screaming, the guy that opened the door did apologize immediately stating that it was the room they gave him and his family.
Another thing is that the bathroom reeked like cigarette, and to top it off the bathroom tub was backed up and had a discolored spot by the drain that appeared to be urine, this made me wonder if housekeeping really do their job .
This was probably the last time I will book this hotel!!!

The stay was good, staff were respectful and for the most part everything was good. But I had problem with the key the whole time, it did not work 90% of the time.

Should business tske us to Hobbs again, this will b our "go to"

the room was amazing, I really didn't have much interaction with the staff other that just when I checked in.
