酒店回复: I'm sorry your experience did not go as planned. We completely changed to a different bedding type and color scheme less than a year ago. And we inspected the Room you were in and the bathroom does have a door knob. We would invite you to call in the morning and speak to our general manager about these issues.

起了个非常迷惑性的名字，让我误以为是开在学校附近的安全性很高的酒店。办入住的时候前台坐在一个非常厚的防爆玻璃后面给我们开了一个小到只能塞护照的小口我就知道貌似事情不对。果然，进房间的入口必须绕到楼的另一侧（毕竟前台只想保护好自己，你的安全你随意），然后我就见识到了很久没检修的电梯上一层楼都咯噔咯噔响，破败的楼梯，脏乱的垃圾桶，发黄的毛巾，打开抽屉想找吹风机发现一个不知道哪一个客人留下的披萨盒，想给前台打电话吐槽一下发现电话线剪掉了，是的，断的，没拍照片，毕竟坐了十多个小时飞机本来就难受
服务很好，入住体验很棒。

房间很脏，而且客房服务人员态度很差。

每次我们打开浴室的灯，它都会闪个不停。我们没法洗澡，因为灯一直亮着灭着。我们很担心自己会因此癫痫发作。房间里的抽屉都锁上了，除了门边的小桌子，我们什么都放不了。总的来说，房间感觉很脏、很暗，很不舒适。
为我们办理入住的那位女士非常友善和礼貌！
我们的浴室没有门把手，房间肯定需要翻新，房间甚至床上用品从我20年前上高中以来就没换过，房间里闻起来有玉米片的味道，体验糟透了。这家酒店网站上有8条评论，我亲眼所见，怎么可能出现这种情况？这些评论绝对不是真实顾客的评价。
住宿体验不佳
这家汽车旅馆总体来说不太好。房间有点脏。虽然我选择了无烟房，但房间里还是有烟味。床头柜上有一些脏东西。浴室里有几处锈迹。毛巾看起来很脏。
