入住手续太混乱,糟糕透了。房东根本不懂得如何热情接待客人。其次,浴室水槽下面漏水,漏了一整晚,影响了我的睡眠。再者,整个地板都湿了。虽然包含早餐,但说实话,一点也不愉快。
酒店本身很安全,也很干净,但我住的房间绝对不是我在*******上看到的那个房间,我本来期待的是一间有客厅和卧室的房间,但不是,那只是一间特大号床房,而且*******上显示的完全不同,所以我很不高兴,觉得我多付了钱,我觉得应该退款,因为这是虚假广告
我本来很喜欢这家酒店,但入住期间网络一直断网。这影响了我的日常工作,我不得不另作安排才能给客户发邮件,完成我的入住目的。
如果酒店提前告知我网络断网了,而且没人知道系统什么时候能恢复,我的预订就得改了。大堂里的网络根本没用,因为酒店里每个人都在使用这项服务。
走廊中央的地毯皱巴巴的。我没注意,这些皱褶把我绊倒了。
一点也不满意
虽然房子看起来很漂亮,但内部设施和现场登记人员的安排并不能完全满足需求。我的房间和描述不完全一致,因此不值这个价钱。我们可能不会再来了。没有热水,没有微波炉,房卡也用不了。如果你长途驾车旅行后很累,那就不值得了。
工作人员很友好,乐于助人。我们房间里的电视遥控器找不到了。电视上的实体按键也不起作用,根本没法看电视。WiFi也用不了。床头柜那边有一侧满是灰尘。其他方面,比如大堂,都还算可以。
我们入住前,WiFi 已经断了一周了。我们确实收到了通知,但以为很快就会修好。结果不行。连手机信号都不好。你得靠着房间窗户才能用。大堂的 WiFi 是上锁的,只有主动申请才能用。
这个地方太现代了,不符合我的品味。房间里没有抽屉,只有一些小隔间,但放不下所有东西。壁橱空间很小。无线网络(如果不是特定的)很差。如果你用私人VPN或热点办公,根本连不上。很多沮丧的商务人士在大厅里想处理一些工作,但都无济于事。我绝对不会再住雅乐轩了。
我们的房间里什么都不干净,所有东西都很陈旧。食物糟糕透了,而且由于空调几乎不工作,房间里太热,晚上根本睡不着。糟糕的住宿体验,不会再来了
酒店还不错——干净、设施齐全、员工乐于助人等等……但我们入住期间遇到了不少设施问题。例如两天没网/无线网络、空调故障、马桶坏了。房间内维修工作很快就完成了,维护人员值得称赞。
