From the moment we where greeted the afternoon shift person in charge was condescending in her tone with us when we asked why we where charged a day in advance in total paying 3 nights I was like what if we only had for two days like on a budget and all she would say it’s polocy when asked where the policy was she said well it’s not anywhere. Next when asked for extra pillows blankets or towels non where available and all we got was a sarcastic smirk. The last straw as to why I’ll never be going back to that place is the breakfast it was 745 nothing left and when asked the person in charge said it’s too late to make more food … but anyways all staff interacted with was rude and could use more training. Escalating issue by repeating yourself over and over is no way to escalate . Very disappointed !

酒店回复: Hector,Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, Our staff works hard to ensure our guests enjoy their stay, I do apologize for any confusion regarding the preauthorization, this helps to ensure your room is guaranteed, especially on a sold out weekend. Also I did speak with staff and when you checked in the assistant manager is the one who offered the linen for the sofa bed to be used as well, regarding breakfast there may have been miscommunication and breakfast was in the over, we do cook all the way up until 9:30 and management does ensure this is getting done. Overall good stay
Overall stay was great. Didnt sleep the best although the bed was super comfortable it just made noise every little move which woke me when anyone would move in their sleep

Top Notch Hotel!
Such a great stay with great staff front, housekeeping and breakfast. Left another hotel due to everything I just named that was horrible! Can't say enough good thing's about this hotel and there staff!

唯一方便的是我们离亲戚家和早餐很远。其他方面，我们的期望比我们得到的更多。希望我们能有更好的体验，并理解管理层/经理对我们房间、床上用品和浴室清洁度的要求。考虑到这些问题，我认为我们不会再预订他们的酒店了。我们的期望没有得到满足。但我想感谢做早餐的女士，因为早餐很美味。

房间里的空调坏了，工作人员主动提出给我们换一间新房间，但直到第二天晚上才换，因为房间里太热，很难入睡
