Overall, my hotel stay was ok but the carpets need to be thrown out and replaced or deep cleaned. Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming but more attention to detail needs to be made in the housekeeping department. Carpets were sticky and dirty. My roommate found hair in her bed. There were brown marks in the shower that I was really hoping wasn’t dirt. It served its purpose after a canceled flight but more attention needs to be paid in the cleaning dept.

The room was quite noisy, which made it difficult to sleep. Upon checking in, the staff seemed somewhat annoyed and not very attentive. The airport shuttle was a very convenient amenity. The room was, however, clean.

had to go to other hotel for food/bar. dirty fitness room. Strong cleaning product odor. BUT...all staff we very friendly although they seemed quite bored on phones and doing schoolwork. Not a great experience overall.

The staff was excellent . The issue that I had was that my room had wallpaper that was coming off the wall and the carpet didn’t seem vacuumed, the pool was not heated, and there were no towels in the pool areaso for what I paid for my stay I just didn’t think it was as luxurious as the picture show. It wasn’t top of the line like I thought it was. It was just average. The location was great because I was right at the airport and my car rental.

Got to my room only to be told that my room was giving away on a first come first serve basis. I’ve been traveling and booking hotels for years and I’ve never heard of this
