Nice stay. Gulf view was beautiful! Room & hallways had a musty/old-wet carpet smell. Other than that the stay was great. The young man at the front desk on 9/22 & 9/23 was extremely helpful & very polite.

Great Hotel
The hotel was very nice and comfortable. The only thing I would've suggested was a larger fridge for food and drinks.

Front desk service was excellent. Only thing I disliked was that the room did not have a microwave or refrigerator. The ice maker on the floor was out of service also.

The hotel room was not as clean as I expected from Doubletree. I’ve stayed at several Doubletree sites and the rooms were very clean and smelled wonderful. Also the manager would not acknowledge my Military discount.

Screaming child
The hotel was nice and clean. Check in was great. From the minute we got up to our room till we checked out we had to listen to a screaming kid in the room next door. Not very pleasant. There should be a section for families with children and a different section for people without children. Because of the constant screaming child it ruined our stay.

有点失望。我们知道入住时间是下午4点，但到达时房间还没准备好，我们等了一个多小时。当时有很多人都在等。不知道为什么，他们似乎没有足够的客房服务人员来打扫房间，据我所知，上午11点是退房时间，那些房间显然已经空出来了。当我们终于拿到5楼的房间时，发现好几个空房的门都开着，我们猜是需要打扫的。我们甚至还往里面看了看。不过，我得说他们还是有弥补的，给了我们免费晚餐或早餐。晚餐我们没来得及享用，因为入住后我们就急着去Beau Rivage赌场了。而早餐本来就包含在我们的预订里了。

我们曾多次入住希尔顿逸林酒店，但感觉它需要翻新。房间里气味难闻，地毯可能也需要更换。淋浴水压很弱。酒店位置优越，员工也很友好，但房间确实需要改进。
