地方还不错，但前台的服务糟透了。我6月16日凌晨12:07到的，迎接我的是一个戴着口罩的男人（我甚至不知道他的名字，因为他不肯给我）。他粗鲁无礼，简直傲慢至极。他要求我出示身份证，我出示后，他暗示说身份证是假的，就因为我是墨西哥人。毫不夸张地说，他把房间钥匙扔给了我。我问他房间在哪儿，他只是说“在后面”，甚至没有回头指给我看。除此之外，入住期间还算平静。

This could be a reasonable low cost option for stays in the Pueblo area if it weren’t for the roaches scurrying around in the bathroom. Absolutely disgusting to find this.

Indoor Hot tub and pool where not open, they have been closed for over a year.

The breakfast consisted of coffee, juice, yogurt and a waffle maker with NO butter, and no place to sit so had to take to room

The staff was so nice and helpful. We were always greeted with a smile. They are doing some rennovations, the hallways were dirty and looked unkept, but the rooms are newly renovated, clean and very nice.

Person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub were closed. Also, the rooms were covered in dust! Sheets were clean, but dust was all over the dressers, bed frames and desk.

The pool is never open when we stay which is very disappointing for my son and his friends. The hotel is undergoing a remodel, which also has been in progress for over a year.
