The woman in the morning was friendly and the man in the evening was cordial. The room was fine, but was very warm when we went in and had a strong musty smell. We opened the door for a bit to air it out. Aside from that, it was fine for the price we paid. Breakfast was good.

No parking. I checked in early in the day and asked for a handicap room and they attendant said that he was assigned me on When I came back about 11 Pm it wasn’t a handicap room and it was very difficult for me to get in bed because of the height of the bed and I couldn’t get a shower because of the tub was I was not able to use. I had a terrible experience

酒店回复: Dear Guest, we are sorry for your issues.Your reservation wasa prepaid for a regular non smoking king room, and that's the only room type that was assigned you, unfortunately all accessible rooms were already booked by other guests, therefore when you made your reservation, it was not available.You were placed on the ground floor, and we were completely booked Saturday night.In the future its best to try to book an accessible room to guarantee you that type of room We do appreciate your business

Desk was rude when we arrived for check in. Door lock/latch looked like it had been forced open at one time and had a big crack. Bathtub water pressure was so low it was hard to bathe/shower. Avoid this property.

Super clean and well kept. I travel A LOT for work. I always stay at less expensive hotels when passing through for night stays. Some are better than others, which is expected for the price, but this one is a definite yes. Kind staff and safe area.

Like other travelers the rooms are dated furniture was broken and stained . The staff was pleasant and has nothing to do with the hotel. Although i observed all people of color were placed on the second floor.

Our room was clean upon arrival, and cool. I appreciated the wood laminate floor. Also, very close to the Interstate so it was convenient. There was not a good seal around the door, however, which seems counterintuitive to maintaining cool temperatures indoors.

我们预订的是无烟房，结果却住进了一间有严重烟味/尼古丁味的房间。酒店前台告诉我们这是无烟房，并嘱咐我们不要吸烟。我们自己不吸烟，但房间里弥漫着可怕的烟味。退房后，我们的衣服上都还带着烟味。地板虽然装修得不错，但却非常脏，有沙子和泥土！床上用品和卫生间倒是干净的。早餐很简单，但尚可接受。我们从比洛克西来之前住的威奇托瀑布湾门酒店就非常棒！
