For the positives- staff was friendly, breakfast was hot and had a lot of options and the king bed we had was very comfortable.
For the rest, I apologize for the bad review, I typically don't leave bad ones - but I would like to save another family from what we experienced. and the safety concerns I feel need to be addressed.
Carpets everywhere were filthy. I'm not sure if there's a vacuum on site at all. Fire detector in our room was pulled down from the ceiling hanging by its wires. Fire alarm in the hallway was broken and pulled off the wall as wel. Fire buttons on the elevator were disassembled. We got to the room it was late and we noticed blood stain on the mattress cover that was visible through the sheets in our king-size bed. It was quite disturbing. Additionally, with the pullout bed in the couch the sheets had not been changed. There was Cheeto (type) handprints and hair all throughout them. My husband went down and got sheets and covers and we changed them ourselves- after a long day in the road with 3 kids. We removed the mattress cover (bloody) and luckily the mattress underneath looked new and like I said ended up being pretty comfortable. The bathroom was peeling and the sink was leaking/stained the floor. Overall, not a great night and we couldn't wait to leave in the morning.

The breakfast was good; sausage, eggs that tasted like real eggs, toast and good coffee. The halls were okay, but needed to be vacumned. The staff was very helpful with the wifi password, but the ease of logging on with the provided 4 digit code was subpar. I had to go to the desk for the method of getting on the wifi, for the phone connection room to desk was very poor.

Cons: Walls are paper thin, could hear the elevator ding, neighbors talk and doors squeak all night long. Shower has 2 settings: cold and warm-ish. Bathroom door wouldn’t close completely and couldn’t lock. Elevator hadn’t been swept in a while.
Pros: Room itself was pretty clean, staff was nice, and bed was comfy. The anti fog mirror was a nice touch.
