The elevator was out, nobody was informed of this prior to arrival. Then we leave and my daughters stayed behind. Someone comes into our room unannounced, and my daughter says something to her and she said “oh, we thought you had left” they should ALWAYS announce themselves when entering a room and the did not. Water leaking from the refrigerator and they gave us towels to wipe it up and leave to soak up more. Unreal.

Beginning with the check in process my stay has been filled with incompetent staff, a run down hotel, and unclean rooms. I was also charged twice for the rooms and hung up on when speaking about getting the refund.

Elevators were down all weekend. Originally our room was on 3rd floor but due to me being unable to climb stairs they moved us to 1st floor. Vending machines were all empty. Room was damp, air moist. We were given 2 small towels and couldnt get more all weekend unless we exchanged a dirty for clean set. Tv remote missing. Werent allowed to eat breakfast in our room. Pillows were small flat squares. We were told we couldnt have extra.

The sconces beside the bed was staind with what looked like bug eggs rooms were very humid and wet feeling we tried two different rooms one on bottom floor and one on second floor both had same issues
