Staff was top notch.Bed in room needs to be replaced . Use different cleaner for room. Breakfast food sunpar. Room needs a good detail clean.

The floors in the hallway and in our room are so grimy.
They wash the floors daily, but never rinse any of the cleaner off of the floor. I walked barefoot in our room and it felt like grease on the floor. I took a white bathroom towel and wiped the floor by pushing the towel around with my feet. It was BLACK. Took it to the front desk and they basically did nothing but shrug their shoulders.
Bed was never made.
The breakfast fruit looked like it was weeks old. Bread was dried out. If you want a breakfast loaded with carbs this place is for you.

Our stay for Cruisin the Coast was good. We were out and about a lot so we only spent time there in the evenings. The room and bathroom needs a good detail cleaning and some touch up paint. The check in staff was very helpful and nice!

There was hair in the tub and behind the sink. The fan in the bathroom was hanging down from the ceiling. I could feel dirt on the floor when I was in my bear feet. The room should have been clean!
