There was no internet nor TV, nor running water for shower. The key entry would not work and had to keep going back to reset. No Breakfast. No refund of money for the room.
All of this should have been mentioned during reservation or they should have called and said they no longer have services and let people know they need to find another place to stay.

Payed online when we got there we didn’t get the rooms they said they had problems an everything so they couldn’t give us the rooms so had to look for another place

Dirty, hairs hanging off of random objects in room, dirt everywhere. stains, no cable, no internet, left early because I had a no refund and it was not worth the hassle. NEVER staying here again.

My room was "non-smoking" but it was nasty and smelled like cigars. The carpet was wet so i walked around the room in crocs. TV and wifi were down during my stay along with no breakfast. I asked for a credit towards my bill, but the guy at the front desk i dont think understood me.
房间和整个酒店大楼都需要翻新了。淋浴间没有浴帘，浴室排气扇轴承快坏了，但最糟糕的是暖气不给力。我丈夫甚至去 Harbor Freight 买了个取暖灯。枕头也该换新的了。总的来说房间是干净的，就是一家比较老旧的酒店。
它有很多东西状况很差，而且外观很差，他们不提供网站上的东西，也不像照片那样，他们不拉很多东西，漏水，争夺热水
非吸烟房间里有烟味……楼上床外的地板状况很差，卫生间很脏。
