The property was nice but guests with a room on second floor did have the convenience of an elevator. They were able to accommodate us by giving us a first floor room. The breakfast bar was good.

I have stayed at this Sleep Inn over the years for almost 25 years. It's always been modest but well-kept, quiet, and super-convenient to every place I need to go. The access to and from the freeway is as easy as can be.

I’ve stayed here many many times and it’s always been an amazing stay, unfortunately the last two times including this past weekend, there was poop in the toilet and moldy shower floors.

The hotel gets the basics right: comfortable mattresses and clean linens; clean bathrooms; good A.C.; good blackout window shades; good free breakfast; very helpful staff.
Areas that could be improved: carpets need replacement throughout hotel; cleanup from errant smoking (hotel is all non-smoking) should be stronger (one room had legacy smoke smell); power ports should be modernized (no USB in room).

Cleanest room and bathroom I've ever seen. Nice furnishings - not fancy, but comfortable and in good taste. Blackout curtains worked great as did the A/C. Nice to have access to coffee in the room and in the lobby 24/7. Location at the corner of an off ramp and increasingly busy street makes it noisy. I felt very safe inside the property, but I was concerned about my vehicle. It just seemed vulnerable but nobody bothered it. The breakfast was the usual fare. Nothing special but certainly adequate and much appreciated. Expected yogurt and some fresh fruit, but none in sight. Didn't use pool, laundry or exercise room. It will be nice when some food places get built nearby. Easy access onto the freeway. The only things that could have been improved was the personality of the person at the desk when I checked in. She wasn't rude or inept; she just had no sparkle and didn't really act like she cared if I checked in or not.

I loved the location and cleanliness of this hotel as well as the provided amenities. This is a nice and clean place with helpful staff and a central location in West Pasco. Will stay again!
