Shower curtains had multiple holes. Need to be replaced. The heater made a loud noise when coming on and off. Sink stopper would not open to let water drain.

My experience at the Quality Inn in Biloxi was great! The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and respected my privacy, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciated how peaceful the back area of the hotel was- it wasn’t crowded at all. The best part was being able to step out of my room and walk within minutes to the beach. This was the perfect place to relax and recharge. I’ll definitely stay here again!

I didn't stay as the only reason I was going there was for an air show and it was cancelled and you refused to refund me
