My room was very nice. Very affordable, comfortable, spacious, and clean. This was the second time I have stayed at the Red Lion Hotel Pasco Airport & Conference Center and plan to make it my first check for reservations next time I will be in Pasco.

Hotel was in total remodel and it was hard to get around it. Construction was noisy. They put me in the wing that they were working on.

Prompt airport shuttle both for drop off and pickup with a simple call. Front desk - checked in with Rahman, he was efficient, friendly, and juggling 2 customers and the phone all at the same time. Rahman totally understands customer service, friendly, smile and explained the shuttle for us. They are in the middle of some repairs and upgrades, good to see management doing maintenance to keep hotel in good condition. Shuttle van is well worn, but does its job well. Thank you for taking care of us. I will be back again for each trip out of Pasco!

Overall great friendly staff I loved the fact that the grizzly bar and grill was available everyday the food there was amazing I really loved my stay I will definitely be coming back! Thank you guys for the stay!
