We arrived at midnight, but the airport shuttle arrived promptly and we were very quickly checked in to our spacious and clean room. Breakfast was good, and the staff were all polite and helpful. A very nice place to stay!

This stay the shuttle was excellent. We have had issues with the shuttle service in the past. Luckily, we brought a pizza with us as the food service appeared very limited. .We could not find a menue in t he room, so we phoned the front desk who had to inquire about the in-house resturaunt and call us back. We were told we'd need to come to the front desk to view a menu, which we were not inclined to do. so, we enjoyed our pizza.

I didn't like how I was charged $40, and wasn't told about it in the description of the property beforehand. I was told that it should be returned in 5-10 business days. Why are you holding my money hostage? Also, I wasn't told I'd be charged a fee of $3.21 for booking with *******, by the hotel. I had to call and find out what that charge was for. The hallway had a mildewy smell. There were teenage girls running up and down the hall knocking on doors at about 9am in the morning. I was already awake, but kind of annoying. I know the hotel can't really help that behavior. Breakfast was from 6:30am-9:30am on a Sunday. Maybe offer a later time on the weekends. Also, I went to eat about 9am and some of the food was out and they weren't going to replenish it. The eggs were really good though and there were lots of other options, so it was ok. I was sufficiently fed.
The room was quite large and the beds were comfortable. There were hangers, a hairdryer, good towels, a fridge, and secure locks on both the hallway door and sliding glass door. A little bummed the hot tub and pool were already closed for the winter.

Very unique hotel, continental breakfast buffet was great, only wish it was open earlier since our event was early. Love how the rooms circle the courtyard with pool/hot tub. Large balcony's and large rooms. Beds were very springy, but bathrooms were updated.

When I reserved the room, it said there was a pool and hot tub. When we checked in, we found out these are outdoor, and were currently closed

The front desk staff were excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable enough, but man is this hotel dated. There was a certain must in the air that comes from the unique combo of old (OLD) carpets, old curtains, and stale cigarette smoke permeating the drywall. This hotel is badly in need of a remodel, but at the end of the day, it’s cosmetic anyway. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the water was hot.
