The room was very clean (9/10).
All staff are excellent! They are friendly, professional, and efficient.
Breakfast foods are always properly prepared, served, and replenished. Kudos to the lady who takes care of Breakfast. She makes all guests feel welcome and comfortable.
There are sufficient parking spaces which makes parking easy.
The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to the interstate, restaurants, and beaches.

I have stayed here for years off & on when I go to visit my family. Staff is always very friendly. Rooms could use an update, sometimes a little shabby in the bathrooms. Otherwise clean and very comfortable.

Our stay at Comfort Suites Biloxi – Ocen Springs was very good. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean, no issues. The AC unit was the quietest unit I have experienced at a hotel. The breakfast was good, not great. There were many breakfast choices, and the staff kept it stocked and clean. If we are ever that way again, it would be a place we would definitely consider staying at again.
