While the staff was great and kind, the hotel is subpar. For the price you get don’t get what you paid for. Bathroom is old and outdated and very tin and hasn’t been scrubbed since built. Looks like grime since the 80’s is built up on the tile. Beds are super uncomfortable and pillows are tiny. The worst part was the breakfast. They had some sugary cereals oatmeal and bread options not one protein option available.

Staff was nice and friendly but room was not clean. Towels & sheets seemed like they were not fresh when we arrived.

We were a family of 6. Towels for four we had to ask for additional. Which happened the last time we stayed. That time they gave us pool towels. So we had to wait she had to go look to see if they had any clean ones. While at the counter a man asked a question after he left they laughed at him. I got down the hall I heard them laughing i wouldn’t be surprised if they were laughing at me. Later we were going to set u the sofa bed , no bedding, again had to ask for something that should have already been the room. We usually go to the hotel doe the street but they were booked. Very disappointed

The hotel receptionist had a long line of people to check in under stressful conditions. The hotel system and printers were down and yet she was able to get people checked in expediently. It took longer than usual, but that wasn’t her fault. I commend her work ethic and maintaining a good attitude.
The room was clean and very suitable to our needs.
Parking was easy and convenient.
The hotel location was only 1-2 minutes away from the famous Whiskey Row in historic downtown Prescott.
We will return.

Good stay!
Was clean room but elevator was broken so we went the long way with stairs. Breakfast was limited but loved the waffles bc it was hot.

We stayed night. We checked in late and the staff was friendly and professional. It was nice to have a continental breakfast.
