Breakfast was good. Needed more fresh fruit. Attendant was wonderful and she stayed on top of everything and kept the breakfast area extremely clean.

Our check in staff was rude and snotty. Check out staff Kimberly was very pleasant and helpful.
Overall we've stayed in better places and worse places. This was in the middle. Location was perfect!

This place is a little difficult to get into it you're approaching from AZ69 from Prescott Valley due to the way 2 highways merge right in front of the property. The staff was friendly and efficient, the property is clean, and the breakfast room had a lot of selections. We had an issue with the air conditioning. It never shut off, and the room was cold all the time. We followed the specific directions left in the room, but no success in either raising the temperature or just turning the thing off. Fortunately we were only there to sleep, and the bed had plenty of coverings.

EV charger shut down after 10 of charging for no reason. It looks like a know problem reported on line by several guys.

The breakfast was superior, many choices and eating area was large, no problem finding a table. Rooms are extra large, staff were all friendly. On property Mexican restaurant was handy, prices reasonable and offered 10% discount for hotel guests.

从网上照片来看，我对这家贝斯特韦斯特酒店的期望更高一些。考虑到它的位置（位于繁忙街道旁的停车场），我实在无法想象有人会想在泳池游泳。停车位有限，我晚上刚到的时候，不得不把车停在离房间很远的地方，因为停车场里停满了大型工程车辆。总而言之，我不会再入住这家酒店了。
员工很棒/房间需要翻新
员工非常友善，但是我们的房间不太好。地毯刚清洁过，还湿漉漉的，导致鞋底黏糊糊的。房间确实有些老旧。不过，因为员工都非常友善热情，所以我们没有抱怨。酒店内的墨西哥餐厅很棒——我强烈推荐！
员工似乎更关心如何让客房服务人员检查房间，而不是顾客的感受，他们不想让HK不高兴。
