This place is a little difficult to get into it you're approaching from AZ69 from Prescott Valley due to the way 2 highways merge right in front of the property. The staff was friendly and efficient, the property is clean, and the breakfast room had a lot of selections. We had an issue with the air conditioning. It never shut off, and the room was cold all the time. We followed the specific directions left in the room, but no success in either raising the temperature or just turning the thing off. Fortunately we were only there to sleep, and the bed had plenty of coverings.

The breakfast was superior, many choices and eating area was large, no problem finding a table. Rooms are extra large, staff were all friendly. On property Mexican restaurant was handy, prices reasonable and offered 10% discount for hotel guests.

Pet friendly, there is a small dog park in the back. Close enough to walk to get coffee at Scooters! Close to the court house and activities.

员工似乎更关心如何让客房服务人员检查房间，而不是顾客的感受，他们不想让HK不高兴。
