I didnt even get to stay there when i got there i was informed by the not so friendly person that she just camw on at 11 pm and she didnt have my room anymore it wasnt available so i got a better room elsewhere . I wasnt the only one who got their room taken away from them either and given away to some one else!

This place is very unprofessional. Jessica was a nightmare working with. She was very rude and unprofessional. Very unhelpful.
This place smelled like smoke and stale.

Absolutely disgusting property. Breakfast was a granola bar or bite sized muffin, coffee, or hot water for tea. My window was busted and held together with tape and plastic. I have photos. Disgusting carpet. Would not recommend anyone. The smell was was overwhelming.

Despite having our reservation, no rooms were available when we pulled into the parking lot at 10pm. We werent offered a solution. We were told we would need to contact ******* to cancel and find a new hotel.

I showed up and they over booked, I even called the day of to double check. I had to book another place and pay way more money plus the taxi fare and the massive inconvenience. The person at the desk was like whatever, and while I was in the lobby two other people came and had the same experience. Absolutely turned me off from any extended stay, won't be using them ever again.
