We spent the night here to make an early morning flight. It was perfect for the price. The most amazing thing was how quiet the room was even though we were next to a highway and airport. Well done.

I should have known better, I was only there for a short over night. This place reminded me of a flop house. Noise all night. But the worst part was the cigarette smoke. It was so strong and the sheet had burn holes in them. Stay away!!

If you arrive before the check in time, there is no place to wait for it. I had to go outside and seat in the side walk. Hallways smell terrible, I cannot explain what it is, but it must a some health hazard. Illumination in the hallways is also terrible. My room had a plastic bag wrapped and covering the smoke detector, which is a huge fire hazard. There is a lot of people smoking outside the building almost all day. The smoke will get to my room through the ac unit. Some staff members were very polite, and some others would be incredibly out of touch and mean. I requested a late checkout, and they granted me one extra hour. However, I asked the front desk about it to confirm, and they told me that is not possible in a mean way, without even checking the notes. After explaining them that their colleague told me they would leave a note, the assured that they didn't. This is completely insane, if I didn't come out and ask again they would've fine me for late check out. Another issue was the room keys. Every time I left my room, I had to circle back to the front desk and ask them to activate them again. They trusted which room I was in, never asked any verification, which is very concerning in a safety stem point.

Walked into room and as soon as i stepped on the carpet my legs were covered in fleas. If i hadnt already scheduled to stay i would have left if i wouldnt have been charged. Wont stay here again. They did change our room

This by far was the absolute worst hotel I ever checked into.a bunch of people hanging out in the stairwell, in the lobby and in front of the lobby door, all smoking. It was filthy. The room was dirty. We did not feel safe so my son and I immediately left the hotel and went to a different one in the area. I would love to have some kind of discount or refund or even a credit because of this experience.
If you don’t believe me, send somebody to check it out because I am confident I am correct

When I got from the airport at night I was told that I could not get my room has it was canceled and I were supposedly sent a message (which I never received) I was told I was getting a refund but I never got it and they never reply to messages. Avoid it at all cost, very bad actor, they'll put you in hard situation and steal your money

Walked in to my room and it hadn't been cleaned. All the pillows were moved to one bed, but had been stripped of the cases. The blankets were gone from the beds, but the sheets were still there, disheveled like someone had just slept in them. Made me nervous the pillow cases and blankets were gone to be cleaned but not the sheets... 😬 There was also popcorn on the floor. They gave me a new room. The beds were made in the new room but we found a wad of human hair on the "clean" linens. I usually stay in cheap hotels and have low expectations. Not picky at all, and dont mind if a hotel is old and run down, just want the room to be clean. Never in my life have I walked into a hotel room for it to not have been cleaned upon arrival before this experience. I actually got scared that I mightve walked into a room someone was dtill staying in. Thats absolutely what it looked like. TThis room was $140 for a night... for how unclean and foul smelling this hotel was, it should've been a $60 rate. I can't believe I paid $140 for it. Would never stay here again.
