The room was the size of a closet the fridge was broken andwe saw around 8 cockroaches. The staff where not helpfull. It took amost a half hour to get checked in the lady had no idea how to do it she had to get on the phone with her boss to figure it out. I would not recommend this pace at all.

Never again, will we ever stay at a motel 6 because of this place in Prescott, AZ what a peace of work. Room was not clean, room refrigerator did not work, TV did not work, just a terrible place to stay. Would like our money back for this dump.

酒店回复: Sarah, All of our Fridges and TV's work properly. I personally just went and checked room 119, the room you stayed in and everything works perfectly. You also never complained to the front desk or any staff members about cleanliness or any items. Your review was dishonest therefore you will not be receiving a refund

Room was clean but very dated. Beds are squished up to the walls and the ac unit. No elevator for handicapped persons. Limited handicapped parking. Only 3 spots. Was able to check in 15 minutes early since room was ready so that was nice.

The staff was great, whom ever owns the property must be in it for the money because lots of simple upgrades can be made, starting with the beds and bedding.

Checked in, charged twice. Told assistant manager, was told it didnt get charged and to check back adter thebprocess went through. Bed sheets had stains, floors were dirty. Shower and bathroom werent in good condition.

Good place to stay with pets, staffs are very nice. Definitely recommend people who have pets and want quiet places.

这个价格来说还行，但游泳池用不了，因为树上掉下来的碎屑太多了。房间很基本，没什么特别的。如果只是路过住一晚还凑合。之前和之后能去沃森湖和猞猁湖玩一天挺不错的。
