The staff was very nice, and the housekeeping was excellent. All problems with our room were promptly solved.
This was a great place to stay in the French quarter near Bourbon Street. Since it was off Bourbon Street we did not have any noise issues.

An older hotel of course but well maintained and taken care of. The hotel is in a prime location right beside bourbon street. Because of this it can be loud at night, which didn’t bother us too much. Walkable all around the French quarter. Felt very safe. Staff were super friendly.

The staff was wonderful and the property was very clean. If anything I would say staff was too on top of their game lol. Even if I didn’t ask for extra amenities, there was staff checking in and asking if I needed anything which was a wonderful change. I do wish the pool was warmer but that would be my only complaint

Room was good temperature control great I really miss the breakfast and the bar that they used to have. I may have to rethink my staying there in the future because they still don’t have these returning.

Great place
Right in the heart of the quarter. So easy to walk to everything. Despite being so close to bourbon st, rooms were quiet. We will use this hotel again.

I got given the key to the wrong room and walked in on people sleeping and when I was given a second room it was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned.
