Not sure if this place is under construction/renovation, but there were no towels in the room's bathroom, and I was told by the gentleman at the front desk to furnish my own towel. The bathroom had one washcloth and the bed had one pillow.

There was no elevator and all the rooms were upstairs. And then there was not any cart to help with baggage which made it extremely hard to get stuff to and from the room

I wouldn’t stay here again ever
For starters there was no mention anywhere that this place did not have elevators. I have terrible sciatica and my dad is handicap. Did the front desk care about that? Nope. When you first walk in the room oh my goodness the smell was horrible. There was stuff in the fridge, dirt on the bath tube. The pull out mattress was the worst and had no sheets. Though they knew they knew we were using it. The beds were terrible. As much as they charge for goodness sakes get new beds that aren’t just like laying on springs. The flat sheet you have to constantly adjust to stay on the rather dirty mattress. Also you have to bring everything kitchen if you want to cook. I have stayed at plenty of these hotels as a traveling nurse and they provided some items. But this place had absolutely nothing. And you call that breakfast? Glad I brought my overnight oats. Also it runs until 9am they ran out of coffee by 730 and “couldn’t refill it.” Actually they were out of much of everything by 730 am. Only good thing is that this the staff were friendly and they said hi to you everytime you walked in the door. At night the parking lot always has been just hanging around. It’s kind of loud actually.

Hope you like stairs - or bumps
Not a place anyone more than mildly disabled - stairs required Except for entrance next to Dumpster - there you have choice of uneven, downward slanting concrete ending with a door in front of a sewer grating where water (or snow and ice- both occurred during stay) build up: or two large stepping stones with no railing leading to the same grating... Also a Large pothole in the entrance ramp. Shower head wasn't tight - sprayed water over the curtain soaking bathroom floor.

Booked a Queen deluxe room. Go to check in and they don't have the room available because they're first come first serve... So needless to say we never stayed and were left to go searching for a room that could accommodate us how we needed

It’s advertised as a breakfast hotel, there is no breakfast. My room has no lights at the entrance, the bathtub was clogged and the TV remote control has no battery cover. Also I have to wait some time for the teller to solve the problem with my room’s keys. Why, because he was never in the front desk.
