My other room was booked but canceled on me at the last minute! This one was booked and very easy to get to. Customer service was awesome and friendly at 3am😁. A life saver!!!! Thank you!!!!☺️

The property canceled my reservation upon check in citing that they were over booked. I had prepaid them directly and they assured me earlier that day that everything was fine with my room. When i showed them that i had prepaid weeks before the trip and that i booked it months ahead of time as well, they DEMANDED that i explain to them why my room would have been overbooked. Worst service ever.
