They didn’t have a room for me that my puppy could be in. I had already paid for the room so I am waiting on my refund!!!!

They served coffee in which the desk lady said they’re only allowed to make one thing of coffee. They had 3 packs of oatmeal and that was it. The room had chipped bath tub and the room and hallway smelled like mold and mildew covered in a air freshener

The booking system lost my reservation and the check in process was very slow - and the information logged in for our stay was not recorded accurately making it difficult for my employee to access her room
