Sheets were stained. I asked for new ones and they weren't any better. The heater smelled bad and the room wasn't cleaned well.

Heater smelled horrible. Sheets and towels are stained. The beds are hard as a rock. The people up stairs above us were stomping and talking all hours of the night. The walls and floors are thin that we heard their tv like it was in our room. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night.

How this place scored a very good rating is beyond me. You didn’t know how dirty the floors were until you walked in bare feet or socks. The toilet was filthy and the bathroom ceiling was cracked, peeling and hanging down. Neither of the side lights by the bed worked. The sheets were old, dingy and stained and the blankets were old and unwashed. The towels…..well ewwww! The owner/manager needs to pay better attention and the cleaning staff needs to be fired! On the upside, the ceiling light only had a few bugs in it and the GW restaurant beside it was great!

There was no one attending the front desk. You called a phone number for service. There was a charge for a second key and the card key we had didn't work well on our room. The floor in our room was dirty and sticky. I used a washcloth to mop the floor. The A/C filter was dirty as are most low rated hotels. Only one of the four lights by the bed worked. The breakfast was fair, cereal, waffles, fruit, hostess cakes, milk and coffee. No juices. I was informed those were on order. Maybe grocery stores don't sell to hotels there.

Our non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke, including sheets and pillows. Lots of hair in the shower drain. The breakfast items were very limited. Ants came out of the OJ dispenser. Dirty floor-my socks were blackened after a short time walking on the floor. Reception staff was friendly and accepted my comments.

Disappointing is the best way to describe our experience. The bed covers had cigarette burns in them and the towels, while having been washed, still had stains in them. They should have been replaced at an earlier date.

First room was not good. Had bugs, scum in the shower, and the toilet did not work, had a bottle of fabuloso in the tank. The front desk girl was very gracious and have me the room next to it. Not that i would use it, but the pool was green. Most other things were ok, was not looking for luxury, just a place to sack out
