The whole hotel smelled like spicy food that the staff had cooking in a break room all day. We could smell the food all the way on the fourth floor. The hotel needs a good cleaning as well. The shower had mold on the tub and the shower curtain. We didn’t have room service so we had to get extra towels for our second day. Probably wouldn’t stay there again due to the smell and cleanliness of the facility.

For the value, the hotel was good. Our room was dirty. Hotel staff were often not available and/or at the front desk. Intended to tell staff that our room was dirty, but no one was at the desk at checkout. We had a lamp that didn't work. The dresser was sticky, and the floors were in washed and I vacuumed. My son trip and got someone else's hair all over him 😝 At 2:00 AM, the people next to us were arguing. It was muffled but the sound was coming right under the doors. The place appeared to be under construction. The breakfast area behind the bar was unclean as well.

There was no hot water, the hot tub was not working, the beds were full-size, and the rooms were cold.

Friendly staff, very clean, good breakfast, quiet, overall great deal. Bed wasn’t super comfy though.

The beds are harder than concrete, bathroom was missing soap/body wash for the shower, my wall had a massive old booger right next to the bed, and my comforter was stained.
I will never stay here again.

It started in the lobby. You’re first greeted by the scent of **** the moment you walk through the doors (smelled that way throughout the entire 3 day 2 night stay). The bed sheets in our room had urine stains, the bath tub had a brown ring around it, and I found a cigarette butt next to the bed. The fresh towels were also stained with dirt. Overall, not a great stay. Will definitely be looking elsewhere next time.

Great stay with unexpected surprises!
They did a good job. My room was completely out of towels - as they forgot to put them in after cleaning the night before. A seed shell was left in the drawer next to bed (how does a seed shell even get in there?). A pair of socks were left in the closet - they were teenage mutant ninja turtle socks - they were dirty and had hokes in the heel of boyh socks - so I threw them away.
I enjoyed my stay - bed was comfortable and hottub was hot!

For a newish building, it is quite run down. This may be a result of poor cleaning. We saw two rooms. Neither was properly cleaned and both showed extensive wear (ie padded foam headboard flaking vinyl everywhere), stained curtains and chairs along with dirty showers and sinks. Stains everywhere. Sticky bathroom floors and the toilet seat was worn, flaking and delaminating. Cleaning and maintenance staff seem to be failing.

The room was clean. Some in the building made noise 24/7. The breakfast was mediocre and the coffee at 6:15 in the morning was lukewarm at best and tasted burnt. I mentioned it to one of the staff and waited 20 minutes but no new coffee was made. I won't be staying here again.
