The room is fine. The mini-fridge is among the smallest with no freezer offered. I had a long stay in the Twin Cities, and I did not feel that this was a good choice.

The woman that checked us in: helpful, kind, and efficient. What else can you want?! The staff was kind to me and my kids, that’s everything; we are loud and can’t control it all the times but the hotel staff always made us feel like welcome guests and not too much. This place is clean too. The fresh water everywhere! Love that.

Check-in was terrible. I certainly understand that they might inadvertently send us to a dirty room, but their ability to fix the problem was almost nonexistent. I was on hold, while standing in the lobby, for more than 20 minutes.
