Room and hotel was decently clean but had some wear and tear. Seemed to be in a decent area around resturaunts within walking distance, which was nice. Room was very warm/muggy when we arrived but AC worked well to cool it down.

Our tvs didn’t work called to office said they would get back to us. They didn’t after 25 minutes called and they said it would be 30 more minutes. By then it would be 10:30 so we told them we were just going to bed!! Linens had holes and stains. Room smelled terrible.

For the most part the hotel was clean but the carpet and towels are old and dingy. The room smelled a bit like smoke but it wasn’t too bad. The rooms could use a little updating.

The front desk staff were very helpful and polite. We did not use the pool facilities.

Good, but a few things could be fixed

Checking in and the lobby was great! Breakfast had a good amount to choose from and clean. We only used the hot tub, which was great, but for being called a water park isn’t very accurate when it’s just a slide. The room was very clean and bed was great. The bathroom had a hard to move and noisy sink faucet. The shower faucet was loose, but good pressure. Hate the cloth shower curtains though. For the most part it’s a great hotel!

I have stayed here a couple of times in the last month and both times Kumar checked us in. He was very friendly and explained everything very well. So many employees these days do only what they need to and are not friendly. He was exceptional and should be recognized for his professionalism and friendliness!

Wouldn’t stay again. Asked for sheets and pillows for pull out and never got them. Asked for extra towels and they didn’t have any clean. Never had clean pool towels available. Pool had way too much chlorine. Breakfast was pretty bad. Waffle batter was sour.

The continental breakfast was horrible!!! The powdered eggs tasted like powder. The syrup for the waffles tasted awful. Left bad after taste! Coffee was not fresh.
