I’ve stayed at the Bismarck radisson many times. It’s a bit worn in places and the connected parking garage owned the city is one of the worst parking garage designs ever, the my room has always been clean and well kept.

Room was really small, coffee maker didn’t work, parking ******, ramp was super slippery, spaces were way small, 200 dollars for a room of that size no fridge, no microwave, won’t be going back

Our arrival and check in was great. we were offered beverages and fresh fruit.
The room was nice enough, but there was no microwave, which was very surprising.
We were very thankful for the rolling luggage valets. We slept very well as the bed and pillows were so comfortable. Upon checkout the next day, I realized that on Thanksgiving day, the kitchen would be closed, but something more than a granola bar or tiny pastry would have been appreciated. It would not have been difficult to provide containers of yogurt or prepackaged hard boiled eggs.
I expected more from a Radisson.
Overall, the hotel was very nice, and the city of Bismarck is surprisingly so clean and quaint.

Lobby is beautiful and clean and staff is friendly and helpful. They use some spray on the carpets and the smell hit me when I got off the elevator. Then my room smelled musty and I wore socks as the carpet felt sticky. Found someone’s large toenail on the floor by the bed so not well vacuumed asked for a noon checkout and housekeeping banged on my door at 11:15 and said they weren’t informed so I had to get out and sit in the lobby for an hour for my ride. Breakfast was very good

A safe environment and a clean room, but the room was relatively small. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay!

Customer service was amazing! We were on the 7th floor and our room was the best!! We will definitely stay there again!! And on the 7th floor!!

Room was terribly small and not very clean, nasty old cups with gross chew spit in them was under the bed. Parking in the parking garage was horrible.
