Room was clean and very big. In that size of room they could have used a bigger TV. Hard to see TV from the bed. Make the coffe pot more accessible to shorter guests. It was on top of the credenza.

It was a basic hotel. When booking it advertised airport transfers. I tried to contact the hotel via Wotif message and direct email, with no response. Very disappointing. Must say, the room was cosy warm and bed comfy.

Ice machine on 2nd floor out of order, coin machine out of order, vending machine out of order, hot tub jets not operational, hotel is very outdated and desperately needed to be remodeled

Very dated—- cigarette burns in carpet. Hole in back of bathroom door. Ceiling tiles in bathroom were ragged and stained yellow. Tiny beds.

Took forever for desk staff to check us in.
Carpet in room is stained and ripped up in several areas. Sitting chair was stained and dirty. Bathroom faucet sprays errant and needs fixing. Bed is comfortable and room is spacious but clearly maintenance and updating is neglected. For what we paid expected better.

The people were nice, even though the room close to an elevator that I requested, and they said they could give me, was about the farthest it could be from sn elevator. It smelled bad in the hallway. I held my breath as I walked to my room. Poorly maintained: missing carpet pieces and countertops patched with brown stuff that looked like tobacco,

Parking was dark parking lot. Staff were great, room was as clean as they could get it. Very dated and just in need of an upgrade. Air conditioner was very noisy.
