The man working the front desk went above and beyond for me. I was towing a boat that I needed to charge and the outlet in the back wasn’t working. He called to see about getting it fixed and also found another outlet for me to use.

While the staff were very friendly and accommodating the hotel environment was not.. it was loud, filled with noisy construction workers in the evenings and my room had black mold in the bathroom and on the carpeting that had a horrific smell…after two days I asked for a different room and they were able to help provide a better room.. that room and the previous room at least had a clean bed and a good hot shower waiting! The male front desk attendant was very helpful and friendly and should be given a kudos for his assistance!

Quiet & cozy. Wish pool was larger but was great otherwise. Breakfast was good, coffee availability and tea was the best. Thank you.

The place smelled terrible. The real problem is that the sheets had not been changed. When I called the front desk they told me to come get clean sheets and that I had to change them myself. I packed my stuff and left to stay at another hotel. I didn’t even get a refund.

The room wasn’t as clean as the rest of property. There was food on the furniture and a red smear of something on the wall. I had to clean it up with the Clorox wipes I carry with me. The main lobby, pool, and breakfast dining area were very clean. So we were surprised that our room did not match.

We stayed in a King with sofa bed. When we called to the front desk for sheets for the sofa bed and 2 extra towels, they said we would have to go all the way downstairs and get them. Room seemed pretty clean but we seen roaches coming from the refrigerator. Beds are way too firm for any of my families liking.
